Episode 1
The Dracula clan has played a central role in vampire myths up to the 16th century, when the Corvin clan imprisoned the former underground. The Corvins have ruled the surface ever since. In 1999, all the planets of the solar system aligned in the shape of a cross. On that day, at 9:09:09, three children were born. The prophecy says these children will rescue the Dracula clan.

Episode 2
The first half of this episode is a tale of a little girl kept under constant surveillance. All her mothers are terrified that she might injure herself. The second part takes place in 2016. A Japanese exchange student, K, and her Romanian friend, Noa, visit a castle in Transylvania. Noa is bitten and becomes a Corvin vampire. K is thrown underground and becomes a Dracula vampire.

Episode 3
The Requiem is a gorgeous hotel run by the Neo Vampires. All their guests are human. Bathory and Yamada throw a dating party at the Requiem, at which K secretly participates. During the party, Manami is stabbed in the chest and the Queen sucks her blood to rejuvenate herself. She then comes on stage and announces that the world will end tonight, leaving the guests in shock.

Episode 4
Once someone checks in the gorgeous-looking Requiem Hotel, they become a blood supply for the Corvins. The latter lure young mortals in and force them to live like animals. The mortals rebel, but to no avail. K reunites with her old friend, Noa, who is now a Corvin. Together, they secretly take Manami to the Dracula clan. There, Manami finds out what her destiny is.

Episode 5
Manami is the only one of the three children with Dracula's powers to survive up to the age of 22. After sucking her blood, the Draculas head to the surface to defeat the Corvins, while Manami and K return to the Tokyo Vampire Hotel. When K tells Noa to stay behind, the latter confesses her love. Meanwhile, the Princess dies and Yamada becomes King. Those confined try to escape.

Episode 6
Yamada orders the humans to form couples within a given time frame and have sex, or else face death. The only way for them to survive is to procreate and to offer their blood to the Corvins. Manami is captured and the Corvins suck her blood. This awakens her special power. K is sucked into the hotel wall and she sees the torment of all those who fled from the hotel.

Episode 7
The last battle to the death between the rebelling mortals and the Corvin vampires begins. Yamada massacres the mortals with a machine gun. Manami is now a fully-awoken beast. K slashes the Princess's body wide open and escapes from the abyss. K and Manami, K and Noa, the Queen and Elizabeth Bathory's fates, the secrets of Yamada's childhood, all of these come to an end.

Episode 8
The rebellion is quashed. Nobody knows what will happen next, and those who survived now search for ways to co-exist. Cody prepares meals for the humans. Manami, no longer in possession of her extraordinary abilities, becomes a human again, but she has no memory of the vampires. 15 years later, the humans and the Corvins are spending a peaceful life together in the hotel. They were told that the world is contaminated with radiation. However, Cody knows otherwise. Akari is almost 14 and shows an interest in the outside world. She asks Cody to take her with him on one of his trips outside. As a birthday surprise, Cody invites Akari outside. Cody disappears, leaving only 1 week's worth of food behind. If the humans starve, the vampires do too.

Episode 9
K had been offering up her blood and serving as the heart of the Tokyo Vampire Hotel for the past 15 years. Manami finds K, who bites her to awaken her power. Two police officers come to the hotel looking for Cody, the prime suspect in a series of murders. Everyone is shocked to find out that the world hasn't come to an end. They decide to make Akari into the hotel's new heart.
