Álvara conta que tem recebido mensagens de Ladir em seus sonhos e que seu ex-marido lhe disse: “Você precisa exercitar seu lado artístico. Álvara, vai para o palco. O palco é mara!”. Pensando nisso, a síndica resolve se aventurar na carreira de cantora, marcando o show de lançamento de seu DVD na área cultural do condomínio Jambalaya. Todos os moradores são obrigados a comparecer, sob ameaça de pagamento de multa. Já Bozena aproveita o show de Álvara para descolar um trabalho extra: como camareira da síndica. Para introduzir o show de Álvara, Isadora faz um discurso, contando que irá assumir a direção da área cultural do condomínio. Além das várias gafes que tiram risadas da plateia, a moça tenta filosofar e acaba soltando que “a cultura é como o telescópio. Porque o telescópio não vê através do muro, mas em compensação pode enxergar as estrelas”.
