January: I Must Become Stronger
On New Year's Eve, after Yamatonokami Yasusada leaves the citadel, the Sword Warriors plan to celebrate the new year like humans do. They are joined by new swords Higekiri and Hizamaru from the Minamoto clan.

February: I Wish Tomorrow Will Be a Good Day, Too
A new sword, Juzumaru Tsunetsugu, appears, and Kashuu is made to go along with his training in the mountains. Meanwhile, Honebami Toushirou gets left behind when he is dispatched and ends up in the wrong time period...

March: I Will Not Lose!
Mikazuki and Kogitsunemaru are relaxing and drinking tea when Gokotai's tigers pay a visit, and newly-arrived Taikogane Sadamune teams up with Shokudaikiri and Ookurikara in the sports festival planned by Tsurumaru.

April: Because You're Our Comrade in This Citadel
Fudou Yukimitsu, who once belonged to Oda Nobunaga, can't seem to get along with those at the citadel... And then another new sword, Kogarasumaru, appears and joins their cherry blossom viewing party.

May: What I Can Do Because I'm Me
Urashima wants his brothers Nagasone and Hachisuka to get along better, so he asks them to cook for him. Meanwhile, Yamanbagiri follows the newly-arrived Sohayanotsurugi to find out how he can be so cheerful even though he's a copy.

June: We're Counting on You from Now On, Too
Sayo Samonji is having nightmares, so his brothers want to plant lavender to help him sleep. And with all the new Sword Warriors arriving, the citadel is getting crowded, so it's Hakata to the rescue with his buried treasure!

July: Now, It's Do-Or-Die
New swords Monoyoshi Sadamune and Houchou Toushirou arrive. As Kashuu shows Monoyoshi around, lucky things happen one after another. Meanwhile, the Awataguchi brothers try to cheer Hakata up with a festival from his hometown.

August: So Let's Keep This a Secret, Okay?
While Hasebe is away on an expedition, Kikkou Sadamune and Sengo Muramasa compete to see who will take care of Master in his place. Hirano finds Uguisumaru writing about Ookanehira and asks to learn more about the newcomer.

September: Sometimes It's Nice...
Taroutachi, who is tall even for a Sword Warrior, has trouble with his size in his day-to-day life. In the midst of the hot summer, Mutsunokami comes up with a different kind of sparring to help everyone cool down.

October: See, It's Fine, Right?
Houchou goes fishing with Urashima and the others after he arguing with Ichigo Hitofuri, but they end up falling asleep and wake up not knowing where they are... Oodenta is afraid his spiritual power is scaring away the animals.

November: I'm Counting on You
With fall turning to winter, Shinano goes in search of warmth around the citadel. Meanwhile, the History Retrograde Army has been scheming in the Edo period, and Ookurikara leads a team to stop them.

December: Stories of Hanamaru Days
Kashuu and the others try to find a way to save the Sword Warriors who are in trouble at Edo Castle...
