Cycling-based reality series. With just six weeks of training left, Olympian Ed Clancy is brought in to teach the celebs how to ride as a mini peloton, before some of the more advanced riders head to the Pyrenees while the others tackle the Surrey Hills Sportive.

Cycling-based reality series. Just four weeks to go and it's all getting very serious. The anxious coaches have laid on extra training in the Exmoor Hills but only Olympian Amy turns up. Lucy is sent to see top sports psychologist Tim Harkness who tries to help her get her over her fear of descending, while Darren has a heart-to-heart with Dame Sarah Storey about his collapse in Andorra.

Austin predictably storms off, until he's badly shaken by witnessing a major crash.
