Wexford
Fred Sirieix heads to the Republic of Ireland to take on a series of cycling challenges, beginning on the sometimes gruelling but often spectacular roads of Co Wexford. He climbs to Slieve Coillte, the highest point on the Hook peninsula, and also steps aboard the Dunbrody Famine Ship and visits the world's oldest working lighthouse.

Waterford
Fred Sirieix cycles around Co Waterford, taking on the Comeragh Mountains as far as the Mahon Falls, and reconnecting with nature in Crough Woods as he tries forest yoga and a waterfall swim. He then visits Waterford City to try glass-blowing at the crystal factory, and finds a corner of Japan in Ireland at the Lafcadio Hearn Japanese Gardens.
