Law in Lampasas
Hoby ends up in a town where the people are ready to hang a man for murderer. However, the Ranger believes that the accused is innocent... but no one is interested in justice.

The San Saba Incident
While escorting a wagon of prisoners to the state penitentiary, Hoby ends up playing a dangerous game of cat and mouse with a man who wants the money the prisoners stole before they were convicted.

Easton, Texas
Hoby is called in to check ouit a bank robbery in Easton, but isn't convinced that the crime is as simple as it looks.

Like Father
Hoby tries to show a young boy that the boy's father, outlaw Blaine Sand, isn't as innocent as the boy thinks.

Sweetwater, Texas
At the site of a stagecoach robbery that left the driver and two passengers dead, Hoby finds a baby and rides into nearby Sweetwater to find the robber and the woman the baby belongs to.

Alpine, Texas
Hoby checks out the death of a Ranger in Alpine, and discovers that the the locals claim the dead man was a drunken, trigger-happy thug... and they consider Hoby the same.

Self-Defense
Grieving widow Polly Webster tells Hoby and the town sheriff that she plans to kill the man who gunned down her husband, claiming self-defense.

End of an Outlaw
Hoby and fellow Ranger Dick Wade track down outlaw Sam Bass and his gang.

Look for the Woman
Hoby ides to protect the sister of a dead bank robber, when the man's partners threaten her life.

The Town
Hoby chases bank robber Ben Fraser into Ben's hometown... and discovers that Ben and Cal control everything. The Ranger is soon alone and unarmed against the Frasers and their men.

Man and Money
To recover stolen bank money, Hoby finds the wounded robber and offers to split the money if he helps him... and if the robber takes him to the money.

The Reward
A florist who overheard five bank robbers discussing where to rendezvous to recover and split up the money disappears before Hoby can deliver the reward.

The Farrand Story
A jealous deputy sheriff kills his girlfriend's secret lover and then goes after her.

Right of Way
In Bowie, the sheriff and the townspeople all think Billy Burkett murdered beloved rancher Vern Fowler. Hoby thinks differently, and sets out to find the real killer.

The Witness
A trapper, Aaron Yewcic, is the only man who can clear Hoby's friend Ned of a murder charge. But Aaron is hiding in the mountains, and Hoby has to find him.

The Toll Road
The miserly ex-mayor of Garrison flats controls a toll road leading in and out of town. Someone kills him, but Hoby figures that the motive was robbery rather than revenge.

The Young Gun
Hoby poses as a robber to trick a young first-offender into leading him to his fellow bank robbers and the stolen money.

The Wedding
Hoby investigates the death of a rich man--and the disappearance of the $8,000 he was carrying--on the day that he was riding to Barkerville to marry a spinster, Matilda Parsons.

The Trail
Hoby tracks a train robber to Mexico and takes the man into custody. But when Hoby is bit by a snake on the ride back, the robber abandons him and a vengeful ex-Ranger accuses Hoby of taking bribes and letting the robber go.

The Bounty Hunter
Hoby teams up with bounty hunter Josh Randall, who is looking for a serial philanderer with a $500 reward on his head.

The Judge
Porter judge Nelson Henry faces a touch decision when his wild son is arrested for the murder of a card sharp.

The House
A bind woman comes to Porter looking for her mother, who disappeared after marrying a Porter resident several months earlier.

The Boy
Joel Paine escapes after eight years in prison and comes to Porter to get his stepson back.

The Pueblo Kid
A former Porter resident comes back to town with a reputation as a ruthless gunfighter: the Pueblo Kid. Hoby soon learns that the Kid's reputation is a fake... but a man looking to make his reputation doesn't care.

The Winter Boys
The Rangers ask Hoby to guard a former outlaw who set up the Winter Brothers for arrest. But one of the brothers, Thad, escapes and comes to Porter looking for the witness.

The Mistake
When Bud Ehlers goes on trial for murder, Hoby helps convince the jury that Bud is innocent. Afterward, Bud privately tells Hoby that he's guilty. Now Nelson's partner Steve is in town and dogging Bud, and Bud wants protection.

The Deal
Gunman Dingo Noble befriends a young runaway, and then demands a ransom from the people of Porter to get him to bring the boy back.

The Jailbreak
Outlaw Brock Childers is awaiting transfer to Austin for hanging... and takes Ralph and Aaron hostage.

The End of the World
Hoby enters a town where a con man has driven the people into a frenzy claiming that the end of the world is coming... unless they buy his "magnetium repellers."

The Brothers
Hoby goes on a special assignment to bring in a killer, Mal Cody, but gets ambushed and his ID taken. When he arrives in Jacksboro, he discovers that someone posing as him has taken Mal away... and Mal has a twin brother, Wes.

The Governor
An undercover Ranger is killed in the town of Garret while checking out a tip about the assassination of the visiting Governor, and Hoby goes in to investigate his fellow Ranger's death.
