Episode 1
In Derbyshire, a police camera alert for a stolen car leads to the high-speed pursuit of a teenage joyrider along country roads near one of the county's tourist traps. On the edge of the Peak District near Chesterfield, a tradesman is threatened with a knife and hammer during the theft of his gardening tools - but the violent attack is captured on CCTV.

Episode 2
On the M1, Stuart Smith is forced into a 100-mile chase across several counties at up to 165mph in pursuit of an uninsured teenage joyrider in a suspected stolen car. During another pursuit, a suspected thief carries out a death-defying manoeuvre the wrong way up a motorway, abandons the car on the hard shoulder and goes on the run on foot.

Episode 3
During a busy spring bank holiday, the traffic cops deal with the effects of drink and drugs. A dangerous drunk, unlicensed and uninsured driver leads officers on a 20-minute chase through busy areas, while a suspected drugged driver runs across a supermarket car park to avoid arrest. The victims of a hit-and-run incident report a man who denies he was at the wheel.

Episode 4
Officers are on the look-out for a car linked to the theft of two motorbikes, but when they spot the vehicle parked up and it immediately races off forcing them into a chase. With stingers at the ready, it's not long before the getaway car's tyres are shredded and the suspects abandon the car and go on the run.

Episode 5
A police camera alert is issued for a wanted criminal and after a 130mph pursuit along the M1, officers from two forces manage to stop a 20-year-old driver and his passengers, one of whom is just 17, Just outside Matlock, officers are called to an incident involving three motorcyclists who have been hit head-on by a car being driven by a young driver, who is arrested on suspicion of dangerous and drugged driving.

Episode 6
The pursuit of a reckless getaway driver in a stolen car ends with a full-scale air-to-ground search for a suspect, and a battle to save his life. In Ripley, a report of a crashed car leads to the arrest of a very drunk man who, despite being found with the key in his pocket, denies any wrongdoing.

Episode 7
Traffic Cops respond to the report of a car linked to an alleged drunken assault with a baseball bat; officers are called to a report of double stabbing at a local pub.

Episode 8
The road crime team leads a county lines drugs crackdown in Chesterfield, capturing three suspects believed to be ferrying crack cocaine and heroin into Derbyshire on a regular basis. After a spate of car thefts, officers are forced to pursue a gang of teenage joyriders in a stolen car, with one of them just 15 years old.

Episode 9
Derbyshire officers pursue a suspected drug driver along one of the county's busy motorways during rush hour. When arrested the driver says he didn't know it was the police following him, and on the way to custody his behaviour becomes erratic. In the Peak District, police respond to an incident involving a middle-aged drunk woman who has crashed her car into a farmer's wall and then tried to drive away on three wheels.

On the outskirts of Derby city centre, officers investigate a suspected hit and run. As an unidentified man lies badly injured at the roadside, a force-wide manhunt swings into action. Elsewhere, a routine stop on a suspected speeder uncovers a big surprise and a vulnerable man trapped in a web of organised crime.
