20-year-old Lucas was born a girl but has been living as a man for two years. He arrives at the clinic with his mum Karen, for a consultation about having his breasts removed.

Episode 2
In this episode, we meet 52-year-old virgin Emma as she prepares for breast augmentation and writer Juno, who grew up believing that she was a gay man. We also meet ex-firefighter Stephanie as she undergoes facial surgery and see her attempts to re-establish contact with her family.

Episode 3
In the final episode of the series, we meet a parent at the very beginning of her transition from male to female as she prepares to explain to her small son that daddy is now a woman. Cameras also follow Jessie-Renee, who is having her genital surgery on the NHS.

Reacher
