There is a microchip in the daycare food. A young journalist begins to find out its origin. The bank manager realizes that he has made a bad credit decision. The family is trying to survive everyday life, the father has disappeared. What do they all have in common? 

Marianne tries to fix the mistake she made. Johanna tracks down the microchip by questionable means. Sami infuriates his mother Anita by hurrying. An insurance investigator is interested in the disappearance of Erik Korvola. 

Hammarén makes Marianne an offer she can't refuse. When Anita is hospitalized, an old family friend shows up. Inkeri unexpectedly sees a familiar face at the law office.

Johanna's methods as a journalist get her into trouble. Hammarén and Marianne get to test the new arrangement with an incoming load. Not everyone likes Inker's way of researching.

Marianne needs help and turns to the only person she trusts. Surprising news from Belgium reaches Johanna. Sini remembers something essential about the night when her father disappeared. Inkeri makes a home visit to a grieving widow and finds a surprising connection.

KRP is interested in Inker and Johanna's research. Blue tells a secret. Decision-making power begins to slip out of Marianne's hands.

Sini and Sami need an explanation for their father's disappearance. Johanna decides to act again and gets her hands on something even bigger in addition to the evidence. Marianne has had enough of fooling around.
