A man is airlifted to the Royal London, with suspected damage to his spinal column. Time is quickly running out when a man on a bus has a heart attack. After being hit by a car, a young woman needs an urgent CT scan. Also a builder who faces months of surgery after falling through a roof.

The air ambulance is on the scene minutes after an eldery woman is hit by an HGV. The team are also called to respond to a window cleaner who has fallen off his ladder.

Episode 3
When a 35-year-old woman collapses on the street her heart stops and she is clinically dead. The emergency team have to apply shock treatment and perform CPR, but will her heart begin to restart?
