As the wind hits gale-force eight, the dangers of the job come sharply into focus. Risks are taken in the hope of a valuable catch of monkfish, but instead, the celebrities catch yet more cod, which under European legislation they are forbidden to land, so it is thrown back into the sea. Shane's practical skills as a trained mechanic are tested as he helps with the running repairs, and Ben draws on his experience in the rugby world to boost morale with a team talk.
