Abu Dhabi

Many of the world's top triathletes are fighting for points towards qualification for the Olympic Games in Rio, including 2015's Abu Dhabi men's winner Mario Mola. Fellow Spaniard Javier Gomez was beginning his pursuit of a sixth world title, while Great Britain's Olympic gold and bronze medallists Alistair and Jonny Brownlee both opted not to compete after battling injuries for much of the year.
In the women's race, Britain's double world champion Helen Jenkins is up against the current Olympic champion Nicola Spirig and world number three Sarah True from the USA.

Gold Coast Highlights

The women's race is the most intriguing with Commonwealth champion Jodie Stimpson going head to head with former world champion Helen Jenkins.
With the Olympic gold and bronze medallists from London 2012 - Alistair Brownlee and brother Jonny - already selected, the men's race is a contest to decide which Briton will join them in Rio. European Games champion Gordon Benson and Tom Bishop are the British triathletes going head to head in the race within a race in Australia.

Cape Town Highlights
Extensive highlights and reaction from South Africa, with Cape Town providing the picturesque backdrop to the third stop of 2016's nine-leg World Series.
There were British winners in both the men's and women's races in 2015, with Olympic champion Alistair Brownlee returning from injury in style and Vicky Holland earning her maiden World Series victory.
Both were back in Cape Town for this event, with Brownlee joined by younger brother Jonny and Holland competing alongside housemate Non Stanford. Commonwealth champion Jodie Stimpson was also due to compete in a strong British line-up, although the women could expect stiff opposition from the three 2012 Olympic medallists - Nicola Spirig, Lisa Norden and Erin Densham.

Yokohama Highlights

The testing course around Yamashita Park is the fourth race of nine this season and takes on extra significance with the Olympics now just a little over two months away. In this race in 2015, Spain's Javier Gomez and America's Gwen Jorgensen were victorious and they will both be back to defend their titles.

Leeds

All of the British team that have been selected for the Rio Olympics are taking part. Non Stanford and Vicky Holland test themselves against gold-medal favourite and defending world champion Gwen Jorgensen of the USA.
The Brownlee brothers are in action in the men's race where they look to lay down a marker ahead of the Games against five-time world champion Javier Gomez of Spain, who is making his 2016 World Series debut around the Leeds course.

Stockholm Highlights
