And in the quick-fire taste test, four popular brands of cheese and onion crisps come under scrutiny. Joining the panel of experts are this week's food heroes: Italian chef Francesco Mazzei; the only female butcher to win a young British foodie award, Charlotte Mitchell; and coffee roaster and award-winning barista James Hoffman.
