Haru (Ren Meguro) and his friends invest the large sum of money they earned from the huge success of ``Puchipuchi Island'' to buy a weather forecast channel and a program production company. Finally, the network television ``Trillion TV'' has been launched. Thanks to the advertising effect of using Goppuro's talent, it also attracted major sponsors. However, Kuroryu (Jun Kunimura) seriously sets out to destroy Trillion Games. After acquiring a major American distribution service company, Kirihime (Mio Imada) becomes CEO and begins buying broadcasting rights for terrestrial television's signature programs. Around that time, Haru and Gaku (Hayato Sano) come into contact with Kunuta (Kenjiro Tsuda), a news producer at a production company, and Akari (Kanako Momota), a popular announcer at a terrestrial TV station.
