Neglected Digs vs. '50s Rejig
The team is deciding on which house is their next fix and flip and faced with two options; one so neglected that it's been fined by the city for its filthy, green pool, or one straight out of the 1950's--complete with the original electrical intact! They see BIG dollar signs with square footage additions, but those dollars start to disappear when the unexpected costs add to their budget, forcing them to think bigger.
