Episode 1
Series four begins and a few new faces are shaking up the shop floor, including Miriam Margolyes and Stephen Tompkinson.

Episode 2
Gavin happily welcomes assistant manager Daniel into the Valco family. Stress levels rise, however, when new till girl Charlie is also added to the mix.

Episode 3
Some fake banknotes are doing the rounds and, egged on by Lisa, Rose shops an innocent customer. Daniel tries to find the perfect position for Charlie, too.

Episode 4
Brian struggles to hide his scepticism when first aid training gets under way, while security guard Ian is outfoxed by an unwelcome visitor to the store.

Episode 5
Rose and Margaret receive a blast from the past when they realise they know each other from a former life. A special guest stops by the store, too.

Episode 6
Management fear an uprising when canteen prices are hiked up. Elsewhere in the store, the simmering feud between Rose and Lisa boils over.

Episode 7
Gavin is determined to make Charlie look good when dad Brendan swings by the store. Plus, Colin forces Rose and Lisa to resolve their differences.

Episode 8
It's time to shut up shop as series four concludes. Charity day arrives at Valco and everyone is doing their bit to help. Rose eyes the big draw prize, too.

The Floor
The Floor is a physical quiz show that sees 81 contestants face off in quiz duels on a giant LED floor divided into a 9×9 grid of squares, each representing its own field of knowledge.
The first challenger, selected at random, must choose one of his or her neighboring opponents to go head-to-head in an epic quiz duel in the opponent's category. The winner takes over the loser's square, gaining valuable ground as they expand their territory, while the loser exits the game. The winner must then choose – do they continue on and attempt to secure another square? Or do they let The Floor choose a new challenger?
