They need to work on their confidence and sprint starts if they are to be in with a chance of winning, so they meet Olympic gold medalist Christine Ohuruogu for running tips, and BBC Radio 1's Matt Edmondson for some advice on being more confident... but can they help them win a medal?

Cycling
Amelia and Imogen both love cycling, but are easily distracted from their training. To solve the problem, world champion paracyclist Kadeena Cox provides a coaching session.

Swimming
Twins Amelia and Imogen prepare for the Dwarf Games. Amelia and Imogen meet Paralympic medalist Stephanie Millward to help them with their swimming.

Discus
Amelia and Imogen have signed up for the discus event at the Dwarf Games with the help of Paralympic discus thrower Dan Greaves, because it is one of the sports they are least experienced in and they are struggling to throw it very far.

The Apprentice
The Apprentice sees fourteen candidates, competing against each other for a position at Lord Alan Sugar's company. Each week the candidates take part in a task set by Lord Sugar. Each team will have a Team Leader who managers that group for that task. The team that performs the best will win a reward and avoid the boardroom. The losing team will be summoned to the boardroom where their team leader will be forced to pick two people in their team who we join them in the boardroom and a chance to be fired. After twelve weeks Lord Sugar will be left with his Apprentice, who will work for him at a salary of £100,000. Lord Sugar is very busy so he has Nick and Karen, who act as his eyes and ears, to inform him of what's going on.

Would I Lie to You?
A comedic panel show featuring team captains Lee Mack and David Mitchell plus two guests per side, hosted by Rob Brydon (formerly Angus Deayton). Each person must reveal embarrassing facts and outrageous lies during a series of different rounds including "Ring of Truth", "This is My..." and "Quickfire Lies". It is up to the opposing team to tell tall tales from fantastic facts.
