This episode is all about ball skills. From passing to tackling, Imogen and Amelia have a lot to learn, and where better to learn it than with their all-time favourite team, Middlesborough. Top players Adama Trayore, Adam Clayton and Martin Crainie put them through their paces before they head off to meet World Champion football trickster Liv Cooke. Finally, in a bid to improve their confidence, they meet Britain's Got Talent winner, Lee Ridley, who gives them some tips.

Amelia and Imogen have to learn how to manage a team. Luckily, manager Nick Cushing, England striker Nikita Parris and The Dumping Ground's Lewis Hamilton have some top tips.

Amelia and Imogen are trying their hand at goal keeping. Newcastle goalie Nathan Harker and Lenna from Jamie Johnson help the twins out.

The twins get some final tips on scoring from Chelsea's Fran Kirby and YouTubers Max and Harvey as the day of the T'World Cup match arrives.

The Apprentice
The Apprentice sees fourteen candidates, competing against each other for a position at Lord Alan Sugar's company. Each week the candidates take part in a task set by Lord Sugar. Each team will have a Team Leader who managers that group for that task. The team that performs the best will win a reward and avoid the boardroom. The losing team will be summoned to the boardroom where their team leader will be forced to pick two people in their team who we join them in the boardroom and a chance to be fired. After twelve weeks Lord Sugar will be left with his Apprentice, who will work for him at a salary of £100,000. Lord Sugar is very busy so he has Nick and Karen, who act as his eyes and ears, to inform him of what's going on.

Would I Lie to You?
A comedic panel show featuring team captains Lee Mack and David Mitchell plus two guests per side, hosted by Rob Brydon (formerly Angus Deayton). Each person must reveal embarrassing facts and outrageous lies during a series of different rounds including "Ring of Truth", "This is My..." and "Quickfire Lies". It is up to the opposing team to tell tall tales from fantastic facts.
