UFC 195 is a scheduled mixed martial arts welterweight championship title bout main event card between the current Champion Robbie "The Monster" Lawler (26-10-1, 20 KO's) from San Diego, California and his challenger Carlos "The Natural Born Killer" Condit (30-8-0, 15 KO's) from Albuquerque, New Mexico. This card is being broad cast live on Pay-Per-View from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
