Alexis returns to work, still with memory loss and having no idea how to act like a girl. Daniel receives a threat from their top advertiser who is against transsexuals and wants Daniel to fire his own sister. Amanda, still trying to figure out who her real father is, learns a shocking secret about Wilhelmina's past.
