Haruki Natsukawa is a pilot for Global Allied Forces Japan's robot unit, STORAGE. As he fights day and night to keep the peace on Earth, a new Ultra Hero alights before him! That hero's name is Ultraman Z. He's a hot-blooded hero who introduces himself as the disciple of Ultraman Zero. In the face of the Ferocious Space Shark Genegarg's onslaught, the two imperiled heroes become one, and the story of Ultraman Z begins!

The Invisible Monster Neronga appears to consume electricity while appearing and disappearing at the same time. STORAGE were sent to deal with the monster. Haruki struggles with Neronga, which absorbs the electric power of Sevenger. STORAGE devises a new strategy to defeat Neronga. Will Haruki and Z be able to capture Neronga?

STORAGE was ordered to transport the ancient monster, Gomora to an uninhabited island after a construction company discover it in a mountain. Haruki heads out in Sevenger, but Gomora suddenly awakens! Haruki has no choice but to stop its rampage!

Anti-monster robot force STORAGE's new asset, Special Craft No. 2, Windom, is finally complete. However, a problem with its energy charge prevents it from being launched. A certain man has returned to Earth. His name is Riku Asakura, and he's the young man who transforms into Ultraman Geed. However, he's not the only one who has come to Earth. SSA-3 King Joe STORAGE Custom is finally complete! With weapons equipped to every inch of its body, this super robot wields tremendous power. Meanwhile, Red King appears before STORAGE. It seems, however, that this Red King has a secret...

Ten years ago, a monster crashed to Earth and fell into a deep sleep. Now that monster, Grigio Raiden, has awakened! Z faces off against the monster, but something is wrong with Haruki... King Joe STORAGE Custom fights hard to follow the lackluster Z. How will this battle end?

A certain hungry monster just ate all of Haruki's Ultra Medals. While trying to retrieve them, Haruki reviews all of Z's use with said Medals.

With the sudden appearance of the Four-Dimensional Monster Bullton, the STORAGE base is thrown into chaos! Time and space become warped and twisted, transforming the STORAGE base into a dimensional prison. Meanwhile, Haruki is confronted with a mysterious phenomenon!

Another Alien Barossa appears as he engaged with a battle against Juggler over the possession of Beliarok.

While investigating the curious case of a vanishing monster. Haruki meets Kaori, a mysterious woman glaring at an old ferris wheel. Meanwhile, people are going missing from the town one after another.

The sky has shattered like glass! From the alternate dimension on the other side, a terrible monster Baraba appeared. As Ultraman Z and the others struggle in the face of Baraba's persistent attacks, Ultraman Ace rushes to the scene for help.

The Artificial Life Form M1, created by Chief Mechanic Kojiro Inaba's daughter Ruri, has malfunctioned and become gigantic! M1 doesn't have bad intentions, but like this, it can do some serious damage! STORAGE puts a major operation into motion in order to stop M1 before it reaches the metropolitan area. Will they be able to save M1?

A new weapon has been developed from the recovered remains of Baraba that uses the abilities of the Extradimensional Being Yapool! Haruki and the others are against using this weapon's terrible powers, but at that moment, the Brutal Space Monster Kelbim appears! The new weapon, "D4," is equipped to King Joe STORAGE Custom. Will Yoko be able to pull the trigger?!

As Haruki and Yoko are strolling through town, they once again run into the Space Pirate Alien Barossa! The alien boasts that he will get his revenge for the defeat of his brothers. In the face of this powerful enemy's attack, SC-1 Sevenger, which was headed for a museum, reactivates for the first time in a while!

Meanwhile behind the scenes, Juggler seems to have something else in mind…

Yoko is chosen as its pilot, but on the day of its launch test, monsters begin to rampage all over the place! In the face of a monster attack of unprecedented scale, STORAGE unveils their most powerful robot to show off its true strength.

Juggler has finally revealed his true form to Haruki. Meanwhile, Celebro puts his final plan into motion. With their respective objectives out in the open, the situation takes a turn for the worse! As the shadow of despair creeps closer, their final enemy appears as a nightmare given shape.

In the face of a brutal assault by the formidable Destrudos, Haruki and Ultraman Z are gravely injured. Meanwhile, STORAGE attempts a desperate, all-out attack in order to rescue Yoko, who has fallen into the enemy's clutches!
