Teo, a lonely alien who lost his planet after being attacked by space kaiju. He escapes and begins a new life on earth under name Ibuki. As the crisis that destroyed his home planet happens in Earth, he stands with a strong desire to fight and transform into the blue giant of light.

Ibuki Mitsuishi, a student at Meishin University's Department of Veterinary Medicine, is actually an alien. Having lost his home planet, he came to Earth all by himself. While enjoying peaceful days immersing himself in Earth's culture, a meteorite suddenly crashes down. Amidst the chaos of the panicked crowds, Ibuki's world is turned upside down once again!
Welcome to the Astronomy Club
After encountering the Mini Kaiju, Ibuki rushes around the university looking for a place to hide it. Meanwhile, Kyoko Shiga, an investigator from the mysterious organization UTTF, begins to take action against the kaiju threat and contacts Professor Minobe of Meishin University.
Ibuki breathes a sigh of relief upon finally finding a hiding place for the Mini Kaiju—but his relief is short-lived as a welcome party for his joining of the Astronomy Club suddenly begins!?
The Marked Mini Kaiju
Tossed around by two fierce kaiju, Teo completely exhausts his energy... To make matters worse, the kaiju are now marching straight toward Meishin University!? As chaos spreads, the Mini Kaiju goes missing! With the members of the Astronomy Club (including Ibuki), Minobe, Kyoko, and even the kaiju drawn into the mix, their various motives intertwine as a desperate crisis closes in on the Mini Kaiju!
Workshop, Watch Out!
Emma suggests that the Astronomy Club should take care of the Mini Kaiju, now named Pucchi. However, Ibuki proposes sending Pucchi back to its home planet using the Space Pod found in the mountains where they first met. Meanwhile, Professor Minobe is planning a workshop in those very same mountains, risking Pucchi's existence being discovered by the public! Ibuki participates in the workshop, where he spots Kanna, a fellow member of the Astronomy Club.
