In difficulty due to the situation created with her son and feeling Dante detached, Anita leaves the villa. Manuel confesses to Viola that he is her brother, but she doesn't take it well. In prison, Molosso learns that his wife is cheating on him and tasks Mimmo with finding out who her lover is. Luna thinks her secret admirer is Rayan and kisses him, sparking Viola's jealousy. Floriana and Virginia talk about Dante's medical situation. In a moment of closeness, Mimmo surprises Simone.

Nina asks to regain custody of her daughter. Nicola turns to Dante to help him convince Viola - to be examined by a renowned surgeon who could perhaps operate on her. Intent on dealing with yet another shady matter on Molosso's behalf, Simone and Mimmo are getting closer and closer; Mimmo confides Molosso's criminal intentions to him and Simone, anguished, tells everything to Dante, who decides to turn to "Pantera", his policeman friend. A lunch between Nicola, Anita, Manuel and Viola, rather than alleviating, exacerbates the friction in the new extended family. Nina invites Manuel to meet Lilli, but the three are involved in an accident. After the accident, social workers prevent Nina from seeing the little girl...

Manuel convinces Nina to hide with the little girl in the villa, but Dante discovers them and wants the girl to bring her daughter back to the social workers, before the foster family files a complaint. Nicola's lawyer convinces Lilli's foster family not to press charges. Anita confesses to Dante about the betrayal with Nicola, and in turn Dante reveals to her what happened with Floriana...
