Alexander Armstrong presents a selection of extraordinary eyewitness footage filmed by members of the public, including the heart-stopping story of a man who took a 'pleasure flight' on a hang-glider. Two passengers on board the Viking Sky cruise ship that suffered engine failure in rough seas just off the coast of Norway recount how they were left fearing for their lives, while a heroic cop throws the rulebook out of the window when trying to save a baby's life on the roadside.

Alexander Armstrong presents a selection of extraordinary eyewitness footage filmed by members of the public, including the dramatic story of an amateur pilot who built his own plane, but then lost his propeller mid-flight and had to try to land it without any power. A local resident in northern California tries to flee what goes down in history as the state's deadliest wildfire, and a cliff collapse at a popular tourist spot in Greece causes chaos.

Alexander Armstrong presents a selection of extraordinary camera footage, including a climber in Colorado who took a 40ft fall - with every terrifying moment captured on his bodycam - and a Northern Ireland family whose holiday to Greece was ruined by a freak storm. Also, the heart-warming story of a paralysed man who set a world record by walking a marathon, a Transport for London employee who came up with a knockout idea to liven up his station announcements and a Bristol couple who tried to free a trapped turtle in Oman.

A couple are caught on camera during their first date as one of them suffers a heart attack, two antique dealers make a death-defying escape when their Maryland shop fills with flood water and a huge cruise ship is seen crashing into a small leisure boat in Venice. Plus, the touching moment that a baby hears her big sister for the first time and an incredible farewell flashmob for a much-loved headteacher in Greater Manchester.
