But as the regional struggle against ISIS spills into the streets, protests grow larger every day. When Hamdi turns the tables on Todd, the two men find themselves enroute to the Syrian border.

Panama is so important to Todd's business that he must go there every year. Todd trades punches with former world champion boxer Roberto Duran, and meets a coffee genius who produces a bean that sells for $600 a pound.
