Dr. Laura, newly arrived at the Basic Health Unit, treats a strange case of a patient with very high diabetes. Her relationship with Dr. Paulo begins to appear quite nervous.
Juliano
Juliano discovers he has HIV, but claims he was cured by his pastor. Dr. Laura is outraged because Juliano's wife is pregnant. Dr. Paulo ends up solving the problem his way.
Sofia
Dr. Laura comes across the case of a girl who has been urinating blood for more than 3 months. During the diagnostic investigation, some evidence appears and makes the case even more difficult to deal with.
Eraldo
During a vaccination campaign at UBS, Eraldo has a cardiac arrest. After being discharged, Dr. Paulo undertakes to follow him, but he doesn't know what to do in light of the diagnosis.
Iná
Dr. Laura finds herself involved in the difficult monitoring of a terminal patient after not paying much attention to the elderly woman during her home life, as she has medical insurance.
Demerval
An outbreak of leptospirosis threatens the community's residents, and Dr. Paulo tries to make them aware not to follow the instructions of a candidate for local councilor.
Joel
Joel's case is more complicated than it seems. As much as he is schizophrenic and aggressive, and needs help, the UBS knows that his family is financially dependent on him and does not agree with hospitalization.
Paulo
Dr. Paulo needs to turn to specialists to try to find out what he is feeling in his throat. At the same time, Dr. Laura may be leaving UBS, if she passes the Radiology residency.
