After CEO Oh Bum Geun passes away, the fight to become his successor becomes more tense and the threat against In Sung and Se Yun grows. In Sung wants to hire a security guard, but for some reason Se Yun disagrees.

In Sung is determined to catch the real culprit after he sees how much Min Ah misses her dad. He manages to corner Mr. Kwak, who had the answer to everything, but something unbelievable happens.

As Bum Young stands firm, In Sung holds a shareholders' meeting to take down and bring the executive to justice. However, the power game turns out to be much more complicated than he thought. While In Sung is about to be removed from his post, MG starts searching for Kim Sun Joo alone.

Getting the CEO position back, In Sung feels the absence of his partner who has always been by his side. But there's no time to be sad. In Sung negotiates a deal to get Sun Joo's body back, not knowing what consequences it will lead him to.
