Gratitude to First Responders
Valerie Bertinelli is sending a picnic home with her friend Jo to share with Jo's firefighter nephew and his wife, a nurse. The couple has been working hard to keep their community safe and healthy, and Valerie wants them to enjoy a well-deserved meal at home together. She makes Smoked Turkey Sandwiches with Calabrian Chili Aioli and Roasted Red Peppers, Homemade Salt and Vinegar Potato Chips, Blistered Shishito Peppers with Spicy Lemon Dipping Sauce, Refreshing Citrus-ade and S'mores Bars for dessert.

Today is Gonna Be a Great Day
Valerie Bertinelli is doing a remote segment for the Today show and sharing a peek behind the scenes. After a busy morning, she fixes herself a satisfying meal of Mediterranean Chicken Thighs with Potatoes, Peppers and Feta, Herby Couscous and a Cantaloupe Gin Fizz that complements the dish she's made for the show, Asparagus Goat Cheese Puff Pastry.

Buns of Anarchy
Valerie Bertinelli is focusing on burgers, working on new recipe ideas and challenging herself to come up with new twists. For dessert, Valerie bakes an Orange Vanilla Bean Angel Food Cake.

I'm Very Fondue of You
Valerie Bertinelli is throwing a fondue party for her friends, actors Melissa Peterman and John Brady. Her menu includes Four Cheese Fondue with Assorted Dippers, Everyday Sheet Pan Roasted Veggies, Crisp Romaine Salad with a Tangy Citrus Vinaigrette and, for dessert, Chocolate Dessert Fondue with Fried Bananas.

Late-Night Feedings (For New Mom and Dad)
Valerie Bertinelli is sending a care package to her friend Duff Goldman and his wife, Johnna, to celebrate the arrival of their baby and give them something to eat day or night. Her menu includes Roasted Cauliflower Soup and a Spring Roll Salad with Peanut Dressing. She also makes Quinoa, Sweet Potato and Black Bean Bowls with Parsley Yogurt Dressing and No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars for a sweet treat.

Easy Breezy Brunch
Valerie Bertinelli is hosting a beach-themed brunch as the official summer party, and her menu includes Lemon Ricotta Waffles with Lemony Mascarpone Cream and Berries, Smoked White Fish Salad with Bagel Chips and Everything Bagel Panzanella. Valerie Bertinelli is testing the boundaries of what a cookie can be! She makes cookies that are good for any time of day, starting with Breakfast Sandwich Cookies. Valerie Bertinelli is dreaming of trips to the Mediterranean and the crystal blue ocean, and she's making a few dishes that remind her of that setting. She prepares Cold Poached Salmon Nicoise with Crispy Potatoes, an Italian 75 cocktail and No-Churn Lemon Ice Cream with Raspberry Swirl.
