In the season 11 premiere, Ariana puts on a brave face and attempts to rebuild her life after Tom's infidelity, despite sharing a house with her ex-boyfriend. Tom Schwartz tries to make peace with his friends, but discovers he's still excommunicated from the group. James settles into his new life of domestic bliss with Ally. Scheana opens up about her postpartum OCD diagnosis. Tom Sandoval returns to Los Angeles just in time for his birthday. His plans hit a snag, however, when Ariana learns he wants to throw a party in their shared home. Scheana attempts to reinvigorate her music career, but must first work through her anxiety about leaving Summer Moon with a nanny. Schwartz confronts Sandoval for abandoning him to deal with their business alone.
