Los López Pérez no quieren pagar la nueva cuota de mantenimiento y les cortarán los servicios. Un amigo de Silvia está muy interesado en ella. Benito regresa a casa a vivir con su mamá.
Los candidatos
Silvia se lanza como jefa de manzana y Arturo será su rival de votaciones. Alejandra y Rocko notan que sus amigos se han alejado, creen que al ser papás se han vuelto aburridos.
Hoy juega México
La tía Oli visita a su sobrina Silvita y no se irá hasta conseguirle pareja. Germán organiza una reunión para ver el fútbol, todos escapan cuando les pide la cooperación y armarán caos.
Reunión de ex alumnos
Silvita hará una reunión de ex alumnos y le pedirá a Pedro que se haga pasar por su prometido. Todo va bien hasta que se entera de que Edgar también es soltero y buscará conquistarlo.
Jorjais roomie
En ausencia de Luis, Pedro decide rentarle un cuarto del departamento a Jorjáis, ocasionando algunos problemas. Frankie tiene una cita secreta, Silvia y Magdalena tratan de averiguar de quién se trata y resulta que era Lorena.
La Telenovela
Los vecinos rentan el edificio para la grabación de una telenovela y por accidente, Jorjáis resulta ser un gran actor.
Mi vieja
Alguien está dejando bolsas de basura frente al edificio y los vecinos deciden poner un altar para que dejen de echar basura. Pedro recibe la inesperada visita de Jovita, la mamá de Luis.
El Nuevo inquilino
Un nuevo vecino llega a rentar uno de los departamentos del edificio y Silvia se enamora de él. Germán quiere ponerse un tatuaje.
La venganza de la maestra
Silvia contrata a una muchacha para que le ayude con el aseo y ésta mete un hombre al departamento.
Alejandra descubre que la maestra de Morris fue su compañera de primaria y tiene un altercado con ella.
Arturo, el amuleto de la suerte
En el equipo de fútbol descubren que Arturo les trae suerte y lo quieren para llegar a la final. Silvia tiene humedad en su departamento y es por una fuga en el baño de los López Pérez.
La bomba de agua
Los vecinos encargan a Germán que repare la bomba de agua y la deja peor. Por otro lado, Jovita intenta poner a dieta a Pedro.
Echando cohetes
Es la fiesta del pueblo y los cohetes no se hacen esperar, causando molestia entre los vecinos. Rocko se queja de que Alejandra no es cariñosa con él.
El desalojo
Germán se va para la frontera de los Estados Unidos, luego de recibir regaños de los vecinos y que Virginia le haya puesto el cuerno con otro (el mismo de siempre).
Silvia empieza a recibir muchos regalos de un admirador secreto, e incluso luego habla con el por mensajes. Después lo ve en la puerta de su casa, dejando en la incógnita de saber quién es.
Pedro recibe una caja misteriosa, al abrirla descubre que se trata de Rambo ya que Don Roque lo envió con él.
Los López Pérez son desalojados del edificio y se van sin más remedio a vivir a Angangueo
