Episode 1
A high-rolling millionaire arrives from Texas to hit the roulette tables and gamble tens of thousands of dollars. But luck is not on his side as he loses spin after spin. Meanwhile, theatre impresario David Saxe searches for new talent for his long-running production Vegas! The Show, while over at a pool party, the staff are topless and spending thousands of dollars on girls and champagne is just a normal day.

Episode 2
The Westgate Hotel welcomes 2,000 fans of Celtic FC for a convention, although as the tartan army sing, drink and dance their way through the day, one fan is downstairs trying his luck at the poker tables - despite having lost half a million to gambling in the past. Singer Dominique begins her training but impresario David Saxe worries she is not quite making the mark, and cameras visit a store selling Sin City's newest vice - cannabis, which was legalised in 2017.

Episode 3
British poker players Liv and Toby are among the many thousands flying in for the largest poker tournament in the world - each hoping to take home a share of the $250m prize money. Pilots Chuck and Kristen take viewers on a guided tour of the Grand Canyon and a Nevada State Trooper responds to an emergency call about a driver who has crashed in the desert.

Documentary meeting some of the characters and hearing the stories that make the gambling capital of Las Vegas one of the most fun-filled cities on Earth.
