The true outcasts of the car world Steve Darnell and his band of rust loving rebels are back for SEASON 3, determined to prove that only their unconventional style produces the sickest rides on the planet.
With Seasons 1 and 2 now airing in over 180 territories fans of the series are voracious consumers of every Tweet, Instagram and Facebook post regarding the new season. They expect each build to be a truly mind blowing rolling work of art and no one feels the pressure to exceed their expectations more than Steve Darnell.
Whether it's building a 1930's era Model A that needs to tackle any terrain, resurrecting a vintage tractor trailer or even transforming a classic American Muscle Car into an off road monster Steve's every move and misstep are captured by embedded cameras who simultaneously follow him and his crew. Since every build is a unique one of a kind custom creation, constructed specifically for each client, Steve's creative whims can turn on an instant often creating havoc among his crew and simultaneously unforgettable television.
After a whirlwind build the finished masterpiece is finally revealed in an environment befitting the vehicle. Complimenting the tradition established in seasons 1 and 2 the reveal scenes continue to provide outstanding cinematic visuals that celebrate the detail and craftsmanship that are hall marks of a welderup build. Drones, MOVI camera rigs and 21' cranes are used to get the audience front and centre for spectacular beauty shots and sizzling burnouts.

An enthusiastic cowboy is looking for a rat rod to lift the spirits of his small town. Steve quickly lands on the idea of making a death defying carnival ride on wheels. But will this rolling house of horrors bring joy to anyone but Steve?

Timber Busting Diamond T
A trucking company owner comes to Darnell looking for a vintage ride that celebrates the roots of his business; Darnell faces an uphill battle meeting his demands for a 1930s era cab.

Rock 'N' Rollin' Pickup
Darnell and the Welder Up crew have their work cut out for them when a couple commissions a build to celebrate their impending wedding anniversary; a pair of body guards are looking for a rat rod that truly reflects their rebellious streak.

Power Packing F100 Pickup
An electrical lineman from Texas tasks Steve and the Welderup crew with customizing his company's first work truck, a trusty old early 1970s Ford pickup.

Water Rat
A family man with a need for speed brings a battered 50's era pickup to Steve looking for a bad ass rat rod the whole family can enjoy. To meet their client's demands the crew need to find a way to add glitz and gloss to a smoke belching monster.

Model A Mayhem

Vintage Speed Racer
When a couple of local hot rod builders challenge Steve to compete in a race that features only period correct post-war restorations, he can't say no; his plan to make a race-ready 1931 Ford in just a week and a half has the team on edge.

Fuel to the Fire
Restoring a 1930's era fuel delivery truck proves a big challenge when the crew discovers a warped frame. Steve ups the anti and insists that the resurrected tanker feature 21st century technology, hydraulic brakes, and run only on bio fuels.

Steel to Heal
When Joe, Welderup's general manager, discovers that his 2-year-old son has cancer, Steve enlists the crew to build a custom vehicle that he hopes will give inspiration to anyone who is battling the disease.

American Muscle
After Steve pens an ode to his working class roots in the steel industry called ``Blue Collar Man,'' he sets out to transform a rare but crumbling 1970s era Charger body into the ultimate blue-collar vehicle to star in the song's music video.

Shredding Metal
A client comes to Steve with a pristinely restored 1954 Tin Woody Wagon, which Steve plans to burn in order to achieve the cool look he is after.
