Railroad Tract
While Tina is out of town, Jessie comes across a quaint home in downtown Upland, California. Built in 1924, this vintage home across the street from an old railroad station is right up their alley, but Tina won't be able to see it before purchasing. Trusting Jessie's judgment, they decide to buy. Between surprise delays, random finds and bold design decisions, will they be able to rejuvenate this unique home and make a profit?

Stately Craftsman
Jessie and Tina purchase a massive Craftsman in a desirable neighborhood of Claremont, CA. The large home has been a fixture of the area ever since its arrival in 1914, but it's in desperate need of renovation. With the potential for a million dollar list price, this could be their most expensive sale to date.

Prairie Cottage
Jessie and Tina purchase a small one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage in the up-and-coming downtown area of Pomona, CA. The couple really wants to reconfigure this 1907 home to add a second bedroom and bathroom. Will Jessie and Tina be able to bring back the charm in this little cottage or are their ambitions just too big?

Midcentury Ranch

Folk Victorian
Jessie and Tina take on a neglected Folk Victorian home built in 1898 in Redlands, CA. While they're excited to dive into their first Victorian, the house is in such bad condition that they quickly realize it's going to take everything they've got to not make it their last.

Spanish Hacienda
Jessie and Tina take a chance on a 1936 Spanish hacienda home in Long Beach, CA. While the house is full of original details ready for restoration, it's small and in an expensive neighborhood.
