A new group arrive on Virgin Island. To confront the issues that are preventing them from achieving intimacy, the brave young virgins unpack their deepest fears and anxieties. 

Things are set to escalate as the group explore their core desires and lean into animal instincts. Bertie's readiness to fully embrace island life is called into question, Marianne works through deep-rooted issues of trust and some of the group take a significant step, beginning the most advanced form of therapy at the retreat - surrogate partner therapy.

Jason begins to lower his guard as he commits to individual therapy with Aisha. Ellen continues to flourish with surrogate partner therapist Kat, building confidence and emotional connection as she edges closer to a major personal breakthrough. Alex and Joy's relationship takes a significant step forward, as they become the first couple to spend private time together on the island.

The retreat enters its final phase. Bertie progresses to the bedroom with surrogate-partner therapist Kat and learns the lesson of a lifetime. Katie and Callum's romance intensifies as they choose to spend time alone together. Marianne faces her final sessions with surrogate partner Andre.
