While fishing, Mukhtar found the corpse of a man in a coastal sedge. Shortly before that, Artyom saw two hunters with guns. It turned out that one of them, Seregin, had been shot by someone. His companion and friend Nagorny falls under suspicion, besides, a gun was missing from his car. To the local prosecutor's office, this case seems extremely simple and Nagorny is being detained. But it becomes obvious to Artyom with a little bit that Nagorny is most likely not to blame…
