The hero of the multi-part television series remains the good-natured and unremarkable-looking Titanic, a UBO agent. But appearances can often be deceiving, and Titanic is a clear example of this. He is fearless, intelligent, and cunning. He is a skilled psychologist. He has an unusually developed intuition. In his work as an undercover agent, he constantly takes risks, improvises, and at times seems more like an adventurer, which, incidentally, creates great difficulties for his superiors and colleagues. He received his unusual nickname precisely for these qualities, which often lead Titanic into hopeless and dangerous situations in which he "sinks." But, unlike the infamous ocean vessel, our Titanic invariably emerges victorious from all conflicts. Now he has been assigned to establish contact with a major leader of a regional criminal group nicknamed Nikei, who is running for governor of Russia's richest region. The crime boss's chances of winning are increasing with each passing day. Titanic's mission is to arrange for Nikey to be arrested red-handed for some specific illegal act, preventing him from running for office and simultaneously decapitating the organized crime group. The agent devises a highly ingenious method of infiltrating Nikey's inner circle, quickly winning his favor, and becoming the bandit's confidant...
