Campus Vught, deel 2
Het tweede deel van de documentaire over Campus Vught, de besloten opvang voor alleenstaande minderjarige asielzoekers die geen kans maken op een verblijfsvergunning. Nadat de eerste directeur het veld heeft moeten ruimen, probeert de nieuwe ‘head of campus’ het tij te keren. De nieuwe directeur Charles Wiessner heeft weliswaar een krachtdadiger stijl, maar hij slaagt er niet in de boel weer op de rails te krijgen. De AMA's breken keer op keer uit, en medewerkers hebben geen enkele juridische sanctie om er wat aan te doen. Het COA-personeel kijkt machteloos toe. Voogdij-instelling NIDOS besluit de jongeren een time-out van een aantal dagen te gunnen. De jongeren vertrekken uiteindelijk met taxi's naar kleinschalige wooneenheden van het NIDOS ergens in Nederland. Ze krijgen zakgeld, en veel vrijheid, geheel in strijd met de door de campus voorgestelde Terugkeer-methodiek. De campus-leiding kijkt met lede ogen toe. De jonge asielzoekers keren, op een paar na, niet meer terug.
