Svečani ručak povodom fudbalske utakmice još uvek traje. Dule Pacov se nudi da "sredi" transfer za Perinog sina, Filipa, koji je najbolji igrač. Predsednik opštine, Batrić, podržava Milanku da zavede Peru i Vražalića, ali ne podržava Milenkovo lepljnje plakata povodom nestanka roda iz sela. Slavica otkriva Milenku da povremeno ima osećaj da je samo on razume. Deša Inhof od Ruže saznaje da je Toza ostavio i ogroman sanduk koji još nije otvoren. Tokom noći, Batrić i njegovi pijani gosti odlučuju da u Barandi naprave najveću evropsku deponiju za uvezeno đubre i tako zarade ogroman novac. Pera pokušava da obrlati Angelinu da nagovori Boru da prodaju zajedničku zemlju za deponiju. Bora od Angeline traži da mu pomogne da ponovo budu srećni. Švaba neočekivano saznaje da se Marina vraća u London. Nudi joj brak, a ona zahteva da on dodje kod nje. On pristaje, čim nabavi novac. Krlja zatvra kafić koji je morao da ustupi opštinarima zbog Duleta Pacova koji Švabi, Krlji i Ekseru nudi poslovni dogovor povodom Tozine kuće u Barandi. Ekser ne pristaje da učestvuje u nelegalnim poslovima. Dule je povredjen što gubi najboljeg prijatelja i zahteva da mu Švaba i Ekser sutra vrate dug. Stiže njihov zajednički prijatelj koji ih obaveštava da je Pikac preminuo...
