Newly appointed ACP Arjun Ramachandra is assigned a hit and run case involving Michael and his pregnant wife, Jessica. Michael is devastated by the news of losing his child and seeing his wife slip into a coma. When he gives sketches of the traffic violators that he encountered on the day of the accident, Arjun discovers something shocking.

Michael reminisces about his memories with Jessica, and shifts Jessica to a hospital in Chennai for a critical brain surgery. Arjun finds a personal connection to Michael’s accident and detains an important suspect. Meanwhile, Gautham, one of the violators, narrates his story about the events that led to his paths crossing with Michael’s.

Arjun finds details about a task force investigation, connecting Michael’s accident to a foiled terror attack. Meanwhile, another officer, SI Vinod, finds that one of the violators in Michael’s accident, Bharat, may have been wrongfully accused of murder of a prominent journalist Nirmala Dixit. At a family dinner with his fiance, Amrutha, Arjun recounts the pain of losing his mother.

After looking at traffic CCTV footage, Arjun finds out that Akbar, an ex-cop who was suspended with Arjun’s help, is also involved in Michael’s case. Meanwhile, Jessica wakes up after surgery with amnesia and the doctor advises Michael to talk to her about their past to bring her memory back. Arjun enforces strict policing to nab Akbar and his accomplice who was driving the car that hit Michael.

Arjun and team interrogate Mr. X, the driver of the car that hit Michael and Jessica. Meanwhile, Bharath kidnaps SI Lokesh, the officer who accused him in the murder of Nirmala Dixit. Akbar meets Aslam and Junaid, the masterminds of the terrorist organization that is planning new attacks.

After the death of police officers, Arjun is ordered to shut Michael’s case and focus on investigating their deaths. Michael is upset that his case is closed and finds that one of the violators, Gautham, is known to his close associate Redanna. Arjun finds out that his detained suspect was part of the gang that killed his mother. Ramji meets Michael and tells him his story.

Jana tells his story to Arjun and how his paths crossed with Vani Ramachandra. Arjun is pulled into the Nirmala Dixit investigation because of Bharath, and he makes startling discoveries about a criminal conspiracy that has a surprising connection to Arjun’s past. Michael meets Redanna to execute a sinister plan.

Arjun meets the informer who had been passing information to Akbar, and comes up with a plan to foil possible terror attacks in the city. Michael discovers Arjun’s connection to his hit and run accident and confronts him. Ramulu heads towards the highway with his ambulance, at the same time when Arjun and Michael are heading towards the city, setting up an unexpected and decisive showdown.
