Waffle's First Christmas
It's the eve of Waffle's first Christmas with the Brooklyn-Bells. Mrs Hobbs is invited, and Gramps has knitted a Christmas jumper. Waffle learns about Santa and really wants to meet him.

Waffle at the Kennels
The Brooklyn-Bells are on holiday with Gramps, so Waffle is staying at Angela's dog kennels for a couple of nights. During a face-to-face call with Waffle, the Brooklyn-Bells check their wonder dog is settling in and ensure he has his favourite snuggly toy with him, PegStar. Angela tries to settle Waffle but he whines, he's missing his Brooklyn-Bell family and looks at their photo on the wall of his kennel. Angela resorts to calling the Brooklyn-Bells and explains that when dogs are very disruptive, she expects their owners, or someone they know, to pick them up. Jess has an idea – there's someone who might be able to pick Waffle up in the morning - Mrs Hobbs!

Waffle the Guest
Waffle is at Mrs Hobbs' house until the Brooklyn-Bells return from holiday. He acts like a cat to please her and helpfully washes up his bowl, but accidentally leaves the taps on.

The Legend of Sir Waffle
It's early in the morning after the Brooklyn-Bells have returned from holiday and there's someone banging on their front door. It's Mrs Hobbs and she's furious. Waffle left Mrs Hobbs's kitchen taps running and now her home is flooded and there's water pouring out of her front door! But Jess and Simon will be Mrs Hobbs's 'knights in shining armour' - Sir Jess and Sir Simon Brooklyn-Bells to the rescue!

Waffle's School Walkies
It's the morning of Evie's first day at school and the Brooklyn-Bells are on schedule. But Waffle isn't happy as he is expecting his usual morning walkies. Doug tells Waffle that Gramps will be walking him today; he'll be coming to the house later. Waffle is insistent, he wants to walk to school with the rest of the family…now! Evie thinks it's a great idea. She's nervous about starting Reception and walking to school with Waffle will make her feel happy.

Waffle's Great Escape
Mrs Hobbs supervises Waffle at the Brooklyn-Bell house. Waffle wants to join Evie at school and tries to escape. Later, the family look at photos and Evie asks about her birth dad.

Waffle Needs Quiet Time
Waffle isn't allowed at school, so he's being looked after by Connie, the Brooklyn-Bell's neighbour, at her house. Connie has dressed as a dog and made a huge, doggy maze game from cushions and suitcases for her dog, Jelly, to race through with Waffle. Waffle asks for one more race through the maze at home but Jess explains that the time for noisy play is over and offers him a quiet cuddle instead. After dinner, Evie tells Jess she's been given her first reading book at school and gets the book out of her school bag to show her Mum. Waffle sits next to Evie and watches her read. When he starts to say words from the book out loud, Evie wonders if he's reading, but Jess and Simon refuse to believe it.

Waffle's Playdate
Evie and Waffle arrive home from school with Gramps for a playdate with Ruby and her dog, Jelly. Just as they're all about to go inside the house, a delivery van arrives with shopping for Mrs Hobbs, next door.

P.E. Waffle
Evie finishes her reading book before school, so she can hand it in and bring a new book home later. Home alone, Waffle makes up a chant and dances around the house to the music. He spots Evie's reading book! She's accidentally left it behind and it needs to be handed in today. Waffle doesn't know what to do. He could take the book to Evie, but he's banned from school...

Waffle Learns to Read
Evie finishes her reading book before school, so she can hand it in and bring a new book home later. Home alone, Waffle makes up a chant and dances around the house to the music. He spots Evie's reading book! She's accidentally left it behind and it needs to be handed in today. Waffle doesn't know what to do. He could take the book to Evie, but he's banned from school...

Waffle the Grand-Dog
Waffle won't move from his new doggy doormat because he loves it very much. Jess opens the door to reveal Gram and Grand have come to visit and Grand has made coconut cake for everyone plus a special cake for Waffle but Waffle won't move from his doggy door mat to greet him. Gram and Grand discover that Waffle can talk and Evie tells them Waffle's learning to read, too. Gram gives Waffle a congratulatory snuggle and Waffle loves it!

Waffle and Pepper
Vet Jess and Waffle visit the kennels to check on Waffle's new friend Pepper, who is sad. Waffle helps to find out the reason why - snuggly toy PegStar is broken.

Helpful Waffle
Waffle, Jess, Gramps and Angela help Pepper find a new owner by making a leaflet. Waffle tries to help Mrs Hobbs, too, but causes chaos. Waffle hopes Mrs Hobbs will adopt Pepper.

Waffle Pop Dog
Doug wants to be in the school show, so he asks Waffle to help him with his act. He reveals his new music kit made from household items. Waffle and Doug make music together using all of the different homemade instruments but Mrs Hobbs bangs on the wall from next door. She asks the Brooklyn-Bells to keep the noise down! Doug notices that Mrs Hobbs' banging is in time with their musical beat - she's really good. Doug has an idea and invites Mrs Hobbs to come round and join in properly.

Sponsored Waffle
Waffle, Simon, Doug, Evie and Ruby do a sponsored silence to raise money for the school. It's not much fun, so Mrs Hobbs suggests they do a jigsaw. Waffle finds the missing piece.

School Dog Waffle
The Brooklyn-Bells take Waffle to school to ask if he can visit class. When headteacher Mr Nolan says no, Waffle goes missing - he's determined to prove he's ready for school!
