Explorer Levison Wood sets out to walk the length of the world's highest mountain range, from Afghanistan to Bhutan

Afghanistan
Levison begins his journey in the inhospitable Wakhan Corridor in Afghanistan, a area that few Westerners ever get to see. Levison and his guide Malang, need help from local tribes people to make it to the Irshad Pass, a 5000-metre wall of snow and ice that separates Afghanistan from Pakistan.

Kashmir
Levison walks through some of Northern Pakistan's little-visited mountain valleys. He spends time with local tribes-people who have never seen a foreigner before now. Levison and Malang reach the Astore Valley, an area known for terrorist activity.

Nepal
Levison reunites with an old friend, Binod Parya, who saved his life back when he was 19 years old. The pair walk through the Himalayan foothills, to the Ganges river. The pair then head into Nepal, a treacharous path awaits them with various killer animals on their path.

Kathmandu
Levison continues his journey as he walks the lentgh of the world's highest mountain range.

Bhutan
Levison reaches the last leg of his journey, for which he is accompanied by Binod. Here he tracks the mountains from Eastern Nepal into Bhutan. Bhutan is governed so strictly that they only allow a certain amount of tourists into the region at any one time, so for Levison to be allowed entry and for him to film it as well is a rare opportunity. Here he meets the specatacular people, explores the monasteries of the area and experiences one of it's colourful festivals.

The Terror
The Terror is an American anthology television series exploring historical speculative fiction based on true events.
The series is named after Dan Simmons's 2007 novel, which serves as the basis for the first season and is a fictionalized account of Captain Sir John Franklin's lost expedition to the Arctic in 1845–1848.
The second season, subtitled Infamy, bears no relation to the book or first season and is mostly set in an American-run Japanese internment camp during World War II.
