Bhutan is governed so strictly that they only allow a certain amount of tourists into the region at any one time, so for Levison to be allowed entry and for him to film it as well is a rare opportunity. Here he meets the specatacular people, explores the monasteries of the area and experiences one of it's colourful festivals.
