Now owners of a busy restaurant, the couple are struggling to combine working 70-plus hours a week with bringing up their three young sons. Desperate to address their work-life balance Hedydd, has resurrected her dream of making Australia her home and, believing emigrating would help give them the family time they need, she is more passionate than ever about making the move.
