A major search warrant has officers investigating a suspect who's allegedly been hunting deer illegally for years. The bear season has some hunters covering their tracks, while others are hiding recreational drugs.

An undercover patrol catches law-breaking anglers red-handed. Conservation officers set up a three-point patrol along tributaries that channel into Lake Michigan, and they uncover a number of foul-hooked lake whitefish.

On a busy weekend, officers set up a speed patrol to track how fast boaters are travelling; officers find that as waterfowl season begins, hunters don't always have the necessary permits.

During firearm deer season a hunter insists he's searching for coyotes when he's caught using an unauthorised gun. Officers track down a man who killed a deer first and bought his licence later. Hunters raise concern when they're too close to houses.
