Nothing can compare to the sweet onions produced by Walla Walla farmers! Learn how Castoldi Farms raise their onions and how Walla Walla River Packing transports onions across the nation! Join us at The Onion TapHouse and Grill in downtown Spokane, who features the WA onion in each of their dishes.

Aquaculture
Off the shores of Puget Sound, you can find some of the world's best seafood. Between the Penn Cove aquafarmers and the S'Klallam Tribe Sablefish Research Center, Washington State is leading the way in seafood. All of which can be enjoyed at restaurants like Ivar's!

Part-Time Farmers
Part-time farmers are on double duty! We take a look at the owners of Ninety Farms, who juggle their day jobs as well as follow their passion to raise sheep. Then we will see how Cafe Juanita cooks up some delicious rack of lamb.

Pulses
Travel to Walla Walla and learn how pulses are grown at Ferrel Family Farms and packaged at Blue Mountain Seed! Then we will travel over to Seattle to see how Eve Fremont cooks up Washington lentils in their delicious beans and greens bowl!

Beef
Rain or shine, cattle ranchers have to protect their cattle! Join us to see how Kari McKay raises her cattle through the winter, and how ranchers provide world-class beef to chefs in order to cook up Beef Tartare!

Learn about the rich history of agriculture in the Yakima Valley! Brewmasters and Winemakers alike toast the Yakima Valley for its outstanding vineyards like DuBrul Vineyards and the endless acres of hops.

Small Farms
Join us to see how small farms, like Local Roots Farm, grow delicious collard greens that we will be cooking up at Island Soul in Seattle, WA.

Either running Spokane's most famous 12K, Bloomsday, or looking for an Instagram-worthy meal at Ruins, Washington potatoes fuel athletes and foodies alike!

Wheat
Travel across Washington and find rolling hills of wheat fields! We will be learning how the WSU Bread Lab shapes the way wheat farms harvest grain and then see that grain turn into delicious bread at the Grain Shed.

Berries
You can never eat too many raspberries, that's why we travel to Spooner Farms to learn how delicious raspberries are grown. Then we head to Seattle to see Deep Sea Sugar and Salt use these little berries in their cakes, and how Seattle Pops uses berries to make refreshing popsicles.

Transportation
With Washington's massive production of tree fruit, transportation is crucial for sending products all over the world. We will be going to Central Washington to learn how farms raise and transport apples, and look at the many ways to incorporate apples in unlikely dishes!

Colorful Washington
Washington State is full of color! Travel to Mt. Vernon and learn how farmers at Maple Wood Potato Farm grow a variety of colorful potatoes, or how Roozen Farms grows and transports tulips across the world!
