Waterfront House Hunting - Season 3

Malcolm, Jillian and their two adorable daughters are looking for a coastal home in Rockland, Maine that won't break the bank. They want their new home to be filled with character and have a proper kitchen where chef Malcolm can prepare family dinners. Malcolm and Jillian hope to find a waterfront home where they can share their love of the water with their daughters and incorporate it into their everyday lives.

Chris and Renee recently moved to Christiansted, St Croix in the US Virgin Islands, with dreams of living the waterfront life. Wanting to escape the dreadful Midwest winters and having jobs that allow them to work from anywhere, they thought "Why not?!" Renee is looking for a house with plenty of room for visiting friends and family, while Chris wants to make sure that their new home has land for their dogs to roam, plus amazing views. But they'll have to make it all work within their budget. Hopefully Seth can come to the rescue and help them find the perfect tropical pad!

Sean and Sam are a young and active couple living the dream in Hilo, Hawaii. Since moving from Virginia these beach bums have been renting but are ready to settle down and buy their first home. Sean wants a home with access to fun water activities, the closer to the water the better. Sam is really in tune with energies and vibes so a home that "feels" right is on her list of must haves. Their next adventure? Finding the perfect home!

Kyle, Hannah and their son Logan are looking for a family home in the quaint oceanside town of Waikoloa, located on Hawaii's Big Island. Hannah wants to raise her son (and future siblings) in a tight knit community, surrounded by friendly neighbors in one big extended "Ohana". On the other hand, Kyle is looking to find a spacious home with sweeping ocean views, plus room for their family to grow. This adventurous family's future is in Seth's expert hands, and they have faith that Seth will help them find their island dream home.

Curtis and Rocco are looking to buy a home in Kona, Hawaii. Curtis wants a grand house with water views where they can throw big parties for their friends and families. Rocco wants a place with an updated kitchen to make masterful meals and a spacious yard to enjoy the ocean breeze. Curtis and Rocco also run their own bar in Kona so location to their place of business is also really important. Along with their dog Gavin these two social butterflies are excited to begin their waterfront home search.

Bill and Maleika are searching for the perfect home in the seaside town of Cambria, California. They want their daughter Kyla to grow up with the same lifestyle as they both had as children, which means being as close to the ocean as humanly possible. Bill wants to make sure their new home has enough space for their growing family, while Maleika's top priority is amazing ocean views.

Travis, Mindy, and their two young boys are searching for a waterfront home in quaint Lake Oswego, Oregon. Mindy is hoping to find a move-in ready house where the boys can have water directly in their backyard and grow up playing every water sport imaginable, while Travis is open to a house that might need a few repairs and updates, in order to stay within budget. Everyone agrees number one priority is being as close to the water as possible!

Jason and Jenny are on the hunt for a floating home in Portland, Oregon. Portland has plenty of amazing neighborhoods, and with the city right on the water floating homes help make it feel unique. Jenny and Jason are pretty unique themselves, so they need a home that reflects their adventurous personalities. Jenny wants a spacious move-in ready home where they can host parties on the water, while Jason wants a house where he can wake up to the river (and he doesn't mind putting in the manpower to keep it under budget). What they do agree on is starting their waterfront adventure as soon as possible!
