From hiking to rock climbing, Rob and Stephanie love the outdoors. They are ready to move to the Berkshires of Massachusetts, a picturesque natural highland, in search of a quieter and simpler life for their two daughters. Rob wants a few acres to grow vegetables and Stephanie wants a beautiful kitchen to can food for the winter. After their real estate agent, Annie, shows them four lovely farmhouses, they happily decide on their perfect home.

Two of Every Animal
Jeff and Susan are tired of their busy claustrophobic life in New York and are ready for a serene country life in northwest New Jersey. After 20 years working on Wall Street, Jeff dreams of big flat acres to grow vegetables and Susan wants to raise every farm animal imaginable. After their real estate agent John shows them four beautiful farmhouses, they happily decide on their perfect country home.

Farming the Florida Way
Sid spends his days fighting fires and saving lives in the round-the-clock bustle of Miami while Melinda takes care of their eight kids. They've decided it's best for their entire family to slow things down and live the simpler life. Sid wants land for his kids to play outdoors, Melinda is looking for a house big enough to fit the entire family, and the kids want to raise farm animals. Will Melinda and Sid be able to choose the perfect home to please everyone and make their dream of Florida farm-life a reality?

All Your Eggs in One Basket
Tired of living in a tiny house in the army post of Fort Benning, Jason and Terra Rhodes want to move to a spacious farmhouse with their kids. They decide on the rural area of Harris County, Georgia; a beautiful county surrounded by wide rivers and plenty of land. Terra wants to grow her own food and Jason wants land to play with his sons. Their real estate agent Lee shows them three lovely properties, and one farmhouse in foreclosure that needs serious repairs. After thinking about their budget and work that needs to be done, they finally decide on a beautiful new country home.

We Want to Be Connecticut Yankees
Looking for a more balanced life Claire and Steve set out to buy a farm so Claire, a dietitian, can grow their own food and live a more self-sustaining lifestyle. It's also important for Steve to be closer to his daughter and spend more time with her so it's a balancing act to find a farm that's near where she lives but also reasonable commuting distance to their jobs. Heather, a local real estate agent, shows them several properties that fit the bill...but will they find the perfect place to put the balance into their lives that they crave?

One Horse Town
Mike and Holly live the suburban life in Charlotte, NC. Tired of having their two horses in a boarding facility, they have decided to buy a large farmhouse with enough land for their steeds. Holly wants a big barn and large pastures to keep her horses happy and Mike wants a big workshop for a man cave. They travel to Union County, North Carolina and York County, South Carolina in search of the perfect farm to live the rest of their lives.

It's Not Always Bigger in Texas
Jon and Vanessa live in a small house in Dallas, Texas with their three kids. As the kids continue to grow, their current house gets smaller and tighter. They are ready to move to Denton County, TX in search of more land and more space. Vanessa wants a house big enough for the family, Jon wants a large outbuilding to have a workshop, and the kids want land with large trees to build a zip-line and have animals. After real estate agent Debra Weber shows them four farmhouses, the family decides to move to their new home.

Eat Like a Horse
Feeling like prisoners in their crowded neighborhood in Delaware, Kevin and Meghan want to move with their new baby to a farm in Pennsylvania. Meghan's childhood dream has been to raise horses and she's ready to share that with her daughter. Meanwhile, Kevin wants to grow peppers in order to make his own hot sauces. After real estate agent Monica shows them four farmhouses, this Delaware family is ready to make the big move.

Suburbs to Country
Sick of the cramped subdivision living that John's Creek has to offer, Don and Julie Parsons are motivated to trade in their hectic schedule for the laid back country living Madison has to offer. Along with their two young daughters, Maci and Izzie, the Parsons search for a farmhouse with plenty of space to able to raise horses and other farm animals. With the help of local realtor Ginny Van Oostrom, Don and Julie hope to find the picture perfect farmhouse.

From Lake House to Farm House
Stephanie Finnerty is a recently divorced mom who is ready to leave behind her fancy home on Lake Harmon and move her family to a farmhouse near Mooresville. Stephanie is ready to get back in touch with the "down to earth" country living she enjoyed as a child, spending time at her grandparent's dairy farm. Stephanie is working with local broker Julie Breedlove to find the perfect farmhouse spacious enough for Eden's horses and Dallas' motorbike track.
