They begin by revealing how some of the nation's favourite ultra-processed foods are made, starting with strawberry milkshake, and investigating exactly what ultra-processed foods do to the body. Tim and Kandi also help Vicki and Rob from Scarborough tackle their instant-noodle addiction and show how making simple swaps and cooking easy recipes can benefit a person's health.

Episode 2
Tim Spector and Kandi Ejio reveal the science behind why biscuits are so moreish and find out how many chemicals are lurking in a simple slice of ultra-processed ham. They also help Nick and Sarah from Cambridgeshire to ditch their sausage rolls and boxed wine in favour of fermented foods, and they demonstrate how to use natural ingredients to make cookies.

Bob's Burgers
The series follows Bob who runs Bob's Burgers, with the help of his wife and their three kids. Bob has big ideas about burgers, but the rest of the clan falls short on service. Bob's wife, Linda, stands by her man and often does so by bursting into song. Their eldest daughter, 13-year-old Tina has a slight obsession with boys and zombies. Middle child Gene is an aspiring musician with a thirst for life. Louise is the bunny ears-wearing youngest daughter with an off-kilter sense of humor that makes her somewhat of a liability in the kitchen – and with the public.
