In What Not to Eat, award-winning scientist Professor Tim Spector will be helping the UK navigate the baffling world of ultra-processed foods (UPFs), thought to directly contribute to the UK's rising obesity rates.

As well as the usual junk food and ready meal suspects, Professor Spector will highlight how seemingly healthy ‘low-fat', ‘low calorie' options are hiding some ultra processed health horrors. He'll then be offering nutritious alternatives and take us back to basics, showing us what to shop, cook and eat in a bid to transform the nation's health.
