HEI learns that SUM is helping to handle Wan Tat’s case. In order to fight with YEE, HEI asks SUM to move to Thomas Law Firm and SUM hesitates. SUM doesn’t know what to do so she turns to ON for help. SUM is inspired by ON’s words. While finishing Wan Tat’s case, YEE learns that HEI has taken away Wan Tat’s business successfully and she feels very upset. HEI is busy with socializing and doesn’t spend much time with SUM. SUM is unhappy. YEE’s law firm doesn’t perform well and YEE gets off early to spend time with her daughters. ON is very optimistic. His humor and laughter have cheered up the patients at hospital. YEE visits ON. ON pretends to be happy but he is actually worrying about his tort case. YIN worries about her exam results. KAN produces an outstanding certificate for her to cheer her up. SUM learns from FAI that HEI is dating with CHAN’s daughter ELSA. SUM pretends to be easy going and says good words on behalf of HEI.
