Episodes

A Bloody Mess
In the series premiere, a ten thousand dollar disagreement brings two former roommates (and current rivals) to the ring. They'll have to put up their dukes if they want to finally settle their differences!

Punched in the Snoot
In Pennsylvania, a pair of project finance managers ditch their day jobs to spar each other in the ring! Allen Lu may not be in tip top shape like his marathon-running coworker Paul Matthews, but his determination to fight might be the driving power he needs to win the match. The guys turn to the owner of 3rd Ave Gym, Jimmy Cvetic, and two of his coaches, Johnny Spell and Coach D, to kick their butts into high gear. And although Paul seems the obvious choice to win off the bat, Allen gets his chance to catch up! The question is, will he use it?

Swinging Like a Mad Man
Two Wall Street brokers Paul Civitano and Shayne Jardine are ready to battle each other in the ring. Their high-stress job as junior brokers lends them to needing to blow off some steam. They may be best friends outside the ring, but they're still enemies within it. And since they know each other so well, they also know each other's weaknesses--and exactly how to exploit them.

Can't Eat a Jab
IT recruiters Geoff Morgan and Corey Walker are two big fish in a very competitive pond. When hothead Geoff accuses new guy Corey of stealing his clients, it's officially on in Pittsburgh. Enter Jimmy Cvetic, ex-Steel City cop and owner of the 3rd Ave Gym. He pairs the two greenhorns with battle-hardened trainers Johnny Spell and Darren "Coach D" Dolby for a full-life transformation. They have six weeks to become real boxers or crumble under the pressure. While Geoff learns to use his size, Corey trains in footwork to get inside on his big opponent. Will Geoff and Corey transform themselves while keeping up in the office and at home?

Thank You Mommy
IT consultant Anthony Hartzog is a gym rat, constantly lifting weights and working out, while Sajjad Bacchus has probably never seen the inside of a gym. Anthony wants his buddy and coworker to take better care of himself, so he figures a good spar in the ring will knock some sense into him! Or will it be the other way around for the cocky New Yorker? The two turn to Bruce Silverglade, owner of Gleason's Gym, the oldest boxing gym in the U.S. and producer of 130 world champions. Will the two live up to the gym's reputation? And is Anthony as prepared as he thinks he is for taking live punches in the ring?

Seeing Stars
In the season finale, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania car salesmen Kyle Stewart and Cameron McDowell are sick of battling each other in parking lots. Kyle feels Cameron is lazy at work and doesn't deserve the sales and Cameron feels Kyle steals all of his referred customers! So the two boys are ready to take each other down in the ring. They head to 3rd Street Gym for Jimmy's expertise in boxing.
